COPYRIGHT POLICY:
I, Alena Freeman, owner of Alena Freeman Fine Art, hold and retain the copyright for any artwork, physical or digital, that I create, including the right to produce copies.
Purchasing artwork from Alena Freeman/ Alena Freeman Fine Art does not transfer the copyright to the artwork’s purchaser. Alena Freeman/ Alena Freeman Fine Art retains all copyrights for the work created thereby.
My work is protected by copyright laws. Please do not reproduce, sell, or otherwise distribute my work without my express, written permission.

PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment methods accepted: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Cash is accepted for in-person sales only. No checks accepted.
Non-commissioned, available works require payment in full at the time of purchase.
Commissioned art requires a 50% deposit of the estimated price of the art prior to beginning the artwork. The final amount is due prior to shipping.
Shipping for prints or drop-shipped items will be listed and included during the purchase (checkout) process for those items.
Shipping for physical artwork (on canvas, panel), because it varies in size, shape, weight, and packaging requirements, will be calculated, and charged separately from the artwork. Shipping costs are NOT included in the price of the art and will be charged via a separate transaction after receiving the purchaser’s relevant shipping information. Artwork will not be shipped until payment for both the artwork and shipping are received in full.
RETURN POLICY:
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
Please contact Alena Freeman/ Alena Freeman Fine Art within 10 business days of the receipt of your purchase with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.
Shipping is non-refundable.
Alena Freeman/ Alena Freeman Fine Art is not liable for damage that occurs during shipping or thereafter. Please contact the shipper regarding damaged or missing items. All items are shipped with tracking and insurance.
Any shipping costs to return or exchange items will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Any returns must post-marked within 30 days of receipt and include tracking, and insurance, for the purchase price on items purchased for more than $100. Failure to do so may cause your refund to be denied if items are missing or damaged during shipping.
Any returned artwork must be received back in new, re-sellable condition to receive a full refund for the purchase price of the art. Shipping is non-refundable. Refunds may be denied or negotiated for returned items that are not in the same condition they were originally sent out in. Exceptions may occur for obvious shipping damage caused be the carrier. Failure to repack the artwork properly does not apply to this exception.
No refunds are available for commissions. Your email approval of the design documentation (aka pictures) will be required before the final product is shipped to you. Your sign-off (email) indicates approval of the final design. If you do not fully approve of the final product, please do not sign off on it.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Please contact me BEFORE purchasing this item for a shipping estimate. Shipping is charged separately and is not included in the listed artwork price due to the variability of shipping charges, like weight, size, distance, and mode. Shipping will be calculated and invoiced via a separate PayPal invoice. Artwork will not be shipped until payment for both the artwork and the shipping have been received in full. See the Terms of Service for more information.

Items will be shipped out within 5 business days of purchase and customers will be notified regarding the carrier, tracking information, expected delivery date, and signature requirements, if applicable.

International buyers are responsible for any duties or customs charges.
Tracking and Insurance will be included for any artwork over $100.
A signature for delivery is required for any purchase over $500.
Alena Freeman/ Alena Freeman Fine Art is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of items that occur during shipping or thereafter.
